Abstract

As a kind of plant estrogen, soybean isoflavones have extensive functions in livestock and poultry. In recent years, soybean isoflavones have been found that they can regulate physiological functions in livestock and poultry. The physiological regulation functions such as improving performance, immune function and antioxidant function are reviewed in this paper.
