Effects of Feeding Frequency on Growth Performance, Immune, Serum and Hepatic Biochemical Indexes in Grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×E. lanceolatu ♂)

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding frequency on growth performance, immune, serum and hepatic biochemical indexes in grouper (Epipehelus fuscoguttatus♀×E.lanceolatu ♂). Under the conditions of feeding a high-lipid diet, a total of 360 groupers with an initial body weight of (11.51±0.02) g were fed at 4 feeding frequencies (1, 2, 3, 4 times/d) for 56 days, with 3 replicates per feeding frequency and one 0.3 m3 fiberglass barrel per replicate, with 30 fish per barrel. The results showed as follows: 1) the final body mass (FBM), weight gain rate (WGR), and specific growth rate (SGR) of the 1 time/d group were significantly lower than those of the other groups (P<0.05), with no significant differences among the other groups (P>0.05). The 2 time/d group had the lowest feed conversion ratio (FCR), significantly lower than the 1 time/d group (P<0.05). Feeding frequency did not affect the visceral somatic index (VSI), hepatosomatic index (HSI), and condition factor (CF) of the groupers (P>0.05). 2) The serum triglyceride (TG) content of the 1 time/d group was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in serum total cholesterol (TC) content among the groups (P>0.05). As feeding frequency increased, the serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL) content showed a gradually decreasing trend, with the highest value observed in the 1 time/d group, which was significantly greater than that of the other groups (P<0.05). In contrast, the serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL) content exhibited an opposite trend, with the lowest value found in the 1 time/d group, which was significantly less than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased, with the highest values in the 4 time/d group, significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) showed an increasing and then stable trend, with the 3 and 4 time/d groups were significantly higher than the 1 and 2 time/d groups (P<0.05). 3) The liver T-AOC and CAT, SOD, lysozyme (LYS) activities, and immunoglobulin M (IgM) content of the 1 time/d group were significantly lower than those of the other groups (P<0.05). 4) The liver TG content of the 4 time/d group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The liver TC content of the 1 time/d group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) content of the 4 time/d group was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The liver lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activity of the 4 time/d group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05), and the hepatic lipase (HL) activity showed an increasing trend, with the 3 and 4 time/d groups significantly higher than the 1 and 2 time/d groups (P<0.05). The very low density lipoprotein (ATGL) activity of the 3 time/d group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). In summary, an appropriate feeding frequency enhances the growth performance, antioxidant capacity, and lipid metabolism in groupers. Under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal feeding frequency for groupers fed with a high-lipid diet is 2 time/d.

石斑鱼是石斑鱼亚科(Epinephelinae)鱼类的总称,隶属于鲈形目(Perciformes)、鲈亚目(Percoidei)、鮨科(Serranidae)。珍珠龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×E. lanceolatu ♂)是石斑鱼养殖品种里的新兴主力品种,俗称龙虎斑或珍珠斑。随着水产养殖业快速发展,我国石斑鱼养殖产量逐年增加,据统计2022年全国石斑鱼产量达20.58万t[1],珍珠龙胆石斑鱼具有生长快速、抗病力强、经济价值高、肉质鲜美等优势[2-3],广受养殖户与消费者的青睐。
饲料中的脂肪能影响鱼类的生理代谢、抗氧化能力和免疫功能[4],并且鱼类对脂肪具有很高的利用率[5]。在石斑鱼的试验中发现,当石斑鱼饲料中的脂肪含量大约为16%时,其脂代谢、抗氧化能力以及肝脏健康受到了负面影响[6]。
近些年来,随着养殖规模的扩大,人工配合饲料产量不断增加。然而在养殖过程中,由于投饲策略的不合理,容易造成饲料浪费、养殖鱼类生长效应不佳、水质污染等问题。水产动物的采食受到多种因素的影响,主要为饲料的可获得性以及机体对营养的利用能力。鱼类的生长受饲料的大小及类型、投喂频率、投饲率以及鱼类自身消化吸收能力等的影响[7],但影响饲料消耗的最主要因素是投喂频率[8]。所以在制定最佳投喂频率时,不仅要考虑鱼类自身因素,同时也要结合饲料中营养素含量来综合考量。目前对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼营养需求的研究越来越多,但相关摄食高脂饲料珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的最佳投喂频率的研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,本试验结合珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的养殖实践,探讨投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼幼鱼的生长性能、免疫、血清和肝脏生化指标、肝脏脂代谢酶活性等的影响,为其养殖生产实践提供必要的参考。

1 材料与方法

1.1 试验饲料

以红鱼粉、乙醇梭菌蛋白和脱酚棉籽蛋白为蛋白质源,以鱼油、豆油和大豆卵磷脂为脂肪源,配制试验饲料。将所有原料粉碎后过60目筛,然后按配方准确称取各原料,采用逐级放大法混匀后加入鱼油、豆油以及大豆卵磷脂,手动搓散过筛后,放入V型立式混合机中混合15 min,然后再加入蒸馏水(280~350 mL/kg)和氯化胆碱,均匀混合。最后用双螺杆挤条机(F-26,华南理工大学)加工成直径2.5 mm的颗粒,在室温下风干,装入密封袋中储存于-20 ℃冰箱中备用。试验饲料组成及营养水平如表1所示。

1)每千克复合预混料含有 One kilogram of compound premix contained the following:VA 675 000 IU,VD3 180 000 IU,VE 6 g,VK3 1.2 g,VB1 0.9 g,VB2 1.35 g,VB6 1.05 g,氰钴胺 cyanocobalamin 0.007 5 g,VB5 4.5 g,烟酰胺 nicotinamide 6.75 g,叶酸 folic acid 0.375 g,VH 0.015 g,VC 15 g,肌醇 inositol 10 g,Fe (as ferrous sulfate) 20 g,Zn (as zinc sulfate) 9.6 g,Mn (as manganese sulfate) 6.4 g,Cu (as copper sulfate) 0.6 g,Co (as cobalt sulfate) 0.08 g,Se (as selenium sulfate) 0.05 g。

2)诱食剂中牛磺酸∶甘氨酸∶甜菜碱=1∶3∶3。Taurine∶glycine∶betaine=1∶3∶3 in attractant.

3)实测值Measured values。

1.2 试验设计与饲养管理

本试验由广东海洋大学渔业学院的动物护理和使用委员会(IACUC)授权,协议代码为GDOU-IACUC-2021-A2037。石斑鱼苗购于广东省湛江市东南码头鸿运苗场,然后运送至湛江市东海岛广东海洋大学海洋生物研究基地。鱼苗运回基地后放入已消杀的5.0 m×4.0 m×1.8 m水泥池中暂养,期间投喂商品饲料(粗蛋白质含量50%、粗脂肪含量10%),每天投喂2次,直致鱼苗达到试验规格。试验开始时,禁食24 h后挑选360尾健康、平均体质量为(11.51±0.02) g的幼鱼,随机分为4组,投喂频率分别是1、2、3、4次/d,每组3个重复,每个重复1个0.3 m3的玻璃钢桶,每桶放30尾鱼。试验期间每次投喂时按试验设计人工投喂至饱食状态,即沉入水里的饲料1 min内没有鱼摄食。结束投喂时收集残饵,烘干称重以计算实际摄食量。投喂时间设置为:1次/d组,08:00;2次/d组,08:00、17:00;3次/d组,08:00、12:30、17:00;4次/d组,08:00、11:00、14:00、17:00。试验期间持续充气,每天换水1次,每次换水量70%。养殖期间水温28~32 ℃,盐度25~28,溶氧含量>7.1 mg/L,氨氮含量约为0.05 mg/L。养殖期56 d。

1.3 样本采集与制备

试验结束后,所有试验组停食24 h后采样。使用丁香酚(1/10 000)麻醉鱼,然后对每桶内石斑鱼进行称重并计数,计算增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)等生长性能指标。每桶随机取3尾鱼,称重并测量体长;然后剖取内脏团与肝脏称重,以计算脏体比(VSI)、肝体比(HSI)、肥满度(CF)。随后每桶随机挑选4尾鱼,用1 mL注射器采集血液,将血样置于1.5 mL离心管中保存,于4 ℃冰箱过夜,随后4 ℃离心(10 min,3 000×g),取上层血清于-80 ℃保存,用于后续血清生化指标分析。然后每桶中再随机剖取3尾鱼的肝脏,放在1 mL防爆管中,用于肝脏生化指标及脂代谢酶活性检测。

1.4 样品分析与测定方法

1.4.1 饲料常规养分测定

饲料在105 ℃下干燥至恒定重量来测量水分含量(GB/T 6435—2006),通过凯氏定氮法测定粗蛋白质含量(GB/T 6432—2018),通过索氏提取法测定粗脂肪含量(GB/T 5512—2008), 参考GB/T 5513—2017测定粗灰分含量。总能使用氧弹量热仪进行测定。

1.4.2 血清生化指标测定

使用试剂盒(南京建成生物工程研究所),严格按照说明书方法测定血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。

1.4.3 肝脏生化指标测定

使用试剂盒(南京建成生物工程研究所),严格按照说明书方法测定肝脏生化指标及脂代谢相关酶活性:TG、TC、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)含量及脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、肝脂酶(HL)、甘油三酯酶(ATGL)活性。

1.4.4 肝脏抗氧化酶活性与非特异性免疫参数测定

使用试剂盒(南京建成生物工程研究所),严格按照说明书方法测定肝脏抗氧化酶活性与非特异性免疫参数:SOD、CAT、溶菌酶(LYZ)活性,T-AOC及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量。

1.5 计算公式

生长性能和形态学指标计算公式如下:
WGR(%)=[(M2-M1)/M1]×100;
SGR (%/d)=[(lnM2-lnM1)/t]×100;
饲料系数(FCR)=I/(M4-M3);
CF(g/cm3)=M5/L3;
HSI (%)=100×M6/M5;
VSI (%)=100×M7/M5;
日均摄食量(DFI,%)=100×M8/[t×(M3+M4)/2][9]。
式中:M1、M2分别为试验鱼初始、终末平均体质量(g);t为试验期(d);I为摄入饲料的总质量(g);M3、M4分别为试验鱼初始、终末总体质量(g);M5为该尾鱼体质量(g);M6为该尾鱼肝脏重量(g);M7为该尾鱼内脏团重量(g);L为该尾鱼体长(cm);M8为摄食饲料总量(g)。

1.6 统计分析

采用SPSS 21.0软件对试验数据进行单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA),若有显著性差异,则进行Tukey's多重比较,P<0.05表示差异显著,试验数据用“平均值±标准误”表示。

2 结果

2.1 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能和形态学指标的影响

由表2可知,投喂频率对试验鱼终末体质量(FBW)、SGR、WGR有显著影响,其中2、3和4次/d组WGR显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2次/d组的FCR最低,与3、4次/d组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于1次/d组(P<0.05)。投喂频率对HSI、VSI、CF与DFI无显著影响(P>0.05)。

2.2 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼血清生化指标与抗氧化酶活性的影响

由表3可知,随着投喂频率的提高,血清中TG、HDL含量呈先上升后稳定的趋势,1次/d组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),其余3组血清TG含量无显著差异(P>0.05),但3次/d组血清HDL含量有最大值,显著高于1、2次/d组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,血清LDL含量呈下降的趋势,1次/d组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),4次/d组有最低值,显著低于1、2次/d组(P<0.05)。血清中TC含量不受投喂频率的显著影响(P>0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,血清CAT与SOD活性呈上升的趋势,在4次/d组有最大值,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,血清T-AOC呈先上升后稳定的趋势,3、4次/d组显著高于1、2次/d组(P<0.05),1、2次/d组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),3、4次/d组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。

2.3 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石肝脏抗氧化酶活性和非特异性免疫参数的影响

由表4可知,随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏CAT活性呈上升的趋势,1次/d组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),2、3次/d之间无显著差异(P>0.05),4次/d组显著高于2、3次/d组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏SOD与LYZ活性趋势相同,呈先上升后稳定的趋势,1次/d组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),2、3、4次/d组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。肝脏T-AOC的变化趋势与抗氧化酶活性变化趋势相同,1次/d组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。肝脏IgM含量在2、3、4次/d组显著高于1次/d组(P<0.05),且2、4次/d组显著高于3次/d组(P<0.05),2、4次/d组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。

2.4 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼肝脏生化指标及脂代谢酶活性的影响

由表5可知,肝脏TG含量在4次/d组有最大值,且显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组无显著差异(P>0.05),但肝脏TC含量在1次/d组有最大值,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),其他各组无显著差异(P>0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏VLDL含量呈下降的趋势,1、2、3次/d组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但4次/d组显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏LPL活性呈升高的趋势,1、2次/d组间并无显著差异(P>0.05),4次/d组显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),3次/d组显著高于1、2次/d组(P<0.05)。随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏HL活性呈上升的趋势,1、2次/d组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05),但显著低于3、4次/d组(P<0.05),3、4次/d组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。3次/d组肝脏ATGL活性最高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。

投喂频率是鱼类养殖中主要的投饲策略,是影响养殖鱼类摄食、生长发育的最主要因素[10]。研究表明,在一定范围内,增加投喂频率可显著影响养殖鱼类的WGR和FCR[11],从而增强鱼类摄食活动,加快鱼类生长。有研究发现,饱食投喂条件下投喂频率从0.5次/d增加到3次/d,杂交鲂(♀ Megalobrama terminalis Richardson ×♂ Erythroculter ilishaeformis)[12]幼鱼的FBW、WGR显著提高,但3与4次/d之间无显著差异。这与本试验的研究结果相似,但在大西洋鲷(Sparus aurata)[13]的研究中发现投喂频率对FCR、FBW、SGR的影响不大,这与本研究结果不一致,原因可能是因为品种的不同所致。饱食投喂条件下,南方鲇(Silurus meridionalis)的研究中发现,FCR不受投喂频率的影响,但SGR会随着投喂频率的增加而显著提高[14]。其原因是由于投喂频率的不同影响了投饲率,导致FCR不受投喂频率的影响。本试验中随着投喂频率增加且DFI无显著差异,FBW、WGR、SGR均有显著提高,但在2次/d组达到最高,3、4次/d组与2次/d组并无显著差异,说明投喂频率并不是越高越好,且2次/d组有最低的FCR,说明在一定范围内提高投喂频率有助于石斑鱼幼鱼的生长,但过高的投喂频率会导致FCR升高,使得养殖效益降低,其原因可能是由于3、4次/d的投饲时间间隔变短,胃肠中的饲料没有被排空又摄入了新的食物,使得肠道内含物反射性地向肠道后段急速移动,在未完全消化的情况下就被排掉,影响了饲料中营养素的消化率[15],这也可能是导致DFI无显著差异的原因。这一研究结果与虹鳟鱼(Salmo gairdneri)[16]、太平洋鲑鱼(Oncorhychus spp.)[17]、俄罗斯鲟鱼(Acipenser gueldenstaedti)[18]上的研究结果一致。VSI、HSI和CF可以反映鱼体营养和健康状况[19]。本试验结果表明,各组中的HSI和VSI均无显著差异,说明鱼体的营养积累不会随着投喂频率的改变而改变。饱食投喂条件下,在俄罗斯鲟鱼[18]、瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelh)[20]的研究中发现,HSI不随投喂频率的提高而显著提高,这与本试验研究结果一致。饱食投喂条件下,在长鳍篮子鱼(Siganus canaliculatus)[21]的研究中发现,VSI不随投喂频率的改变而改变,这与本试验研究结果一致。但HSI随着投喂频率的提高而升高,表明随着投喂频率的增加使营养物质在鱼肝脏中的积累增加,从而呈现出较高的HSI。此外,摄食高脂饲料的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼投喂频率对CF没有显著影响,这一结果与固定2%摄食率的条件下对史氏鲟(Acipenser schrencki)[22]以及饱食投喂条件下非洲鲇(Clarias gariepinus)[23]的研究结果一致。

3.2 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼抗氧化酶活性和非特异性免疫参数的影响

肝脏是鱼类重要的代谢器官和解毒器官,机体代谢产生的有害物质可被肝脏分解为无毒或毒性较小的物质,随后排出体外。当机体的生理状态发生改变时,肝脏便会做出反应[24],因此,测定肝脏中的相关指标,可以反映机体健康状态。高脂饲料可诱导脂质过氧化并能够产生大量的自由基和活性氧,对细胞和组织造成损伤。动物具有内源性抗氧化保护系统,有助于清除自由基。SOD是体内清除氧化自由基的第1道防线,主要将O2-转化为H2O2以达到清除O2-的目的;CAT能够催化H2O2分解为H2O[25]。LYS作为体内重要的免疫酶之一,它产生于嗜中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞,具有抗菌、消炎、抗病毒等重要功能[26]。有研究表明,LYS活性提高,养殖对象免疫力也相应提高[22]。T-AOC反映了机体抗氧化能力,与机体的健康程度密切相关。抗体是在宿主对抗原刺激的免疫应答过程中,由淋巴细胞产生的一类能特异性识别并中和相应抗原的球蛋白,其中IgM是广泛存在于有颌类脊椎动物中的抗体[27]。在本研究中,在DFI无显著差异条件下,1次/d组石斑鱼幼鱼血清与肝脏SOD、CAT活性及T-AOC显著低于其他各组,1次/d组肝脏的IgM含量和LYS的活性显著低于其他各组,原因可能是投喂频率低,导致投喂时间间较隔长,食物从胃肠排出后不能及时进行摄食,饥饿时间较长,从而对抗氧化酶产生了抑制效应。在史氏鲟幼鱼的研究中发现,随着投喂频率的增加,肝脏SOD、LYS活性呈上升的趋势,与本研究结果一致,但CAT活性随投喂频率的减少呈现出先升高后降低的趋势[22],这一结果与本研究结果不符。饱食投喂条件下对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)的研究发现高投喂频率能显著提高肝胰腺的SOD活性[28]。但固定投喂条件下,团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)的研究中发现,随着投喂频率的增加,肝脏中SOD活性不受投喂频率的显著影响,而CAT活性呈现先降低后升高的趋势[29]。结合生长性能分析,在适宜的投喂频率的条件下,抗氧化能力会维持相对稳定的状态。投喂频率在1次/d时,血清与肝脏SOD与CAT活性显著低于其他各组,这表明长时间不摄食造成的饥饿或再摄食导致的生理状态的剧烈变化已经对鱼体的抗氧化酶活性造成抑制效应。可见,由于投喂频率(1次/d)与石斑鱼的消化时间和胃肠排空速度的不匹配,从而抑制了生长。

3.3 投喂频率对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼脂代谢的影响

鱼类脂质代谢是一个复杂的过程,脂质在脂肪酶的作用下在生物体内消化吸收、合成分解,并加工成生物体内需要的物质。TG和TC与脂质的形成有关,可作为脂代谢的指标[30];LDL和HDL反映了脂代谢的状况[31],LDL负责将TG运转到肝脏外组织,而HDL负责运载肝脏外组织的TC回到肝脏[32],LDL的减少与HDL的增加可以降低血管病变的风险[33]。本试验研究发现,投喂频率的提高显著升高了血清中HDL含量并降低了LDL含量,表明适宜的投喂频率能够促进TC转运至肝脏,增强肝脏脂代谢的能力。由表3可知,血清中的TG含量呈上升的趋势,原因可能是2、3、4次/d组DFI高于1次/d,从而导致更多来源于饲料中的脂肪在肠道内被吸收。VLDL的功能主要是将多余的脂肪从肝脏运送到外周组织[34]。LPL催化乳糜微粒和VLDL携带的TG水解,释放甘油与脂肪酸,用于其他器官或脂肪组织储存或氧化[35]。HL具有多种脂肪酶活性,作为配体促进LDL和CM进入肝细胞,并直接参与HDL中TG和磷脂的代谢。它也是参与血液循环中内源性TG代谢的酶之一,其功能与LPL相似[36]。本试验中发现,随着投喂频率的提高,肝脏中LPL与HL含量都有上升的趋势,这说明在摄食高脂饲料的条件下,提高投喂频率有利于肝脏中脂质的分解与利用。ATGL能够水解TG中的第1个酯键,是调控TG水解限速酶[37]。本试验中发现,投喂频率为4次/d时,肝脏中的TG含量最高,这有可能是由于肝脏中ATGL活性低所导致。

3.4 饲料营养水平对投喂频率的影响

在吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)的研究中发现,当饲料中的蛋白质水平为36.27%时,最适投喂频率为2次/d,然而,当蛋白质水平降低至26.02%时,需要增加投喂频率的方式来促进其生长[38]。这说明饲料营养素水平的不同,会导致最佳投喂频率发生改变,在异育银鲫(Carassius gibelio)[39]与大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)[40]的研究中出现相似的结果。对于297.79 g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,使用含有48%蛋白质和7%脂肪的饲料进行投喂,得到最佳的投喂频率为1次/2 d[41],试验结果的差异可能源于珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的规格与使用的饲料营养素水平的不同。在对大黄鱼进行的研究中,发现当摄食含有15%脂肪水平的饲料时,1次/d的投喂频次可以得到较高的SGR[40],这一结果与本试验结果不一致,其原因可能是品种对脂肪的吸收能力不同导致。饲料能量是评价饲料的重要标准之一[42]。使用总能约为17.48 MJ/kg的饲料(粗蛋白质:54.4%;粗脂肪:9.54%;粗灰分12.4%)饱食投喂石斑鱼,得到的最佳投喂频率为2次/d[43]。然而,使用饲料总能同样约为17.48 MJ/kg的饲料(粗蛋白质:48%;粗脂肪7%;粗灰分16%)投喂珍珠龙胆石斑鱼得到最佳的投喂频率为1次/2 d[41],而使用总能约为17.42 MJ/kg的饲料(粗蛋白质:43%;粗脂肪5%;粗灰分15%)投喂石斑鱼,得到最佳的投喂频率为4次/d[44]。饲料能量对投喂频率的影响仍需通过进一步的试验来探究。

4 结论

综上所述,在摄食高脂饲料条件下,适宜的投喂频率可提高石斑鱼的生长性能,但过高投喂频率会降低其生长性能;适宜的投喂频率能够显著提高石斑鱼抗氧化能力、增强机体免疫能力。综合考虑生长性能、抗氧化酶活性、脂代谢酶活性3个方面,摄食高脂饲料的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼最佳投喂频率为2次/d。
