Effects of Replacing Lawn Grass with Licorice Residue on Growth Performance, Intestinal Health and Immune Function of Meat Rabbits

Abstract

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing different proportions of lawn grass in the diet with licorice residue (LR) on the growth performance, intestinal morphology, digestive enzyme activities, and immune function of meat rabbits. A total of 120 healthy 35-day-old commercial Ira weaned rabbits with similar body weight were randomly assigned to one control group and four test groups, with 4 replicates per group and 6 rabbits per replicate. The control group (0%LR group) was fed a basal diet containing 20% lawn grass. The four test groups were fed experimental diets in which LR replaced 15% (15%LR group), 30% (30%LR group), 45% (45%LR group), and 60% (60%LR group) of the lawn grass in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment included a 7-day adaptation period followed by a 49-day formal trial period. The results showed that: 1) no significant differences were observed in the diarrhea rate and mortality among all groups (P>0.05). The average daily feed intake (ADFI) of the 15%LR and 30%LR groups was significantly higher than that of the 0%LR and 60%LR groups (P<0.05). The final body weight (FBW) of the 15%LR group was significantly higher than that of all other groups (P<0.05), and its average daily gain (ADG) was significantly higher than that of the 0%LR, 45%LR and 60%LR groups (P<0.05). 2) The duodenal muscularis thickness and ileal crypt depth of the 15%LR group were significantly greater than those of all other groups (P<0.05). The jejunal muscularis thickness in the 15%LR group was significantly greater than that in the 0%LR, 45%LR and 60%LR groups (P<0.05). 3) The activities of lipase and α-amylase in the duodenum of the 15%LR group were significantly higher than those in the 0%LR, 45%LR and 60%LR groups (P<0.05). The activities of trypsin in the jejunum and α-amylase in the ileum of the 15%LR group were significantly higher than those of all other groups (P<0.05). The lipase activity in the jejunum of the 15%LR group was significantly higher than that of the 0%LR, 30%LR and 60%LR groups (P<0.05). The cellulase activity in the cecum showed a significant linear increase with the increasing of LR replacement ratio (P<0.05). 4) No significant difference was found in the pH of gastric contents among the groups (P>0.05). The pH of the duodenal, jejunal, and ileal contents exhibited significant linear changes in response to the increasing of LR replacement ratio (P<0.05). 5) Liver weight showed a significant quadratic curve change with the increasing of LR replacement ratio (P<0.05). The liver weight of the 15%LR group was significantly higher than that of the 30%LR group (P<0.05), and the liver index of the 15%LR group was significantly higher than that of the 0%LR group (P<0.05). 6) No significant differences were observed in serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) content among the four test groups (P>0.05), but all of them were significantly higher than that of the 0%LR group (P<0.05). In conclusion, replacing an appropriate amount of lawn grass with LR in the diet can improve the growth performance, intestinal morphology, certain digestive enzyme activities, and immune function of meat rabbits, and a replacement ratio of 15% is considered appropriate.

甘草渣(licorice residue,LR),通常是指工业提取甘草酸、甘草多糖等活性成分后产生的固体副产物,其成分与甘草根茎基本一致,仍含有少量活性成分[1]。已有研究表明,甘草中的多种活性成分具有促进动物生长和改善健康的潜力。例如,Yin等[2]报道,饲粮中添加150 mg/kg甘草黄酮可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能及抗氧化能力;Wu等[3]发现,甘草多糖能够通过促进白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)等细胞因子的表达,增强T辅助细胞1(T helper 1,Th1)与T辅助细胞2(T helper 2,Th2)的免疫反应;Tian等[4]则指出,甘草查尔酮A可通过调节Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)/髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)/核因子-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma,PPARγ)信号通路,缓解脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的奶牛蹄皮细胞炎症与氧化应激,从而降低蹄叶炎发生率。
近年来,随着甘草相关产品需求的增加,其加工过程中产生大量甘草渣。由于适口性差、营养价值较低,甘草渣难以直接饲喂[5],若不加以合理处置,易发酵产生异味,对环境造成负面影响。草坪草作为一种来源广泛(如校园、公园、绿地及运动场修剪产物)、数量可观的植物资源,其禾本科与豆科种类含有一定水平的蛋白质、碳水化合物及矿物质,营养组成与传统饲草相近,具备饲料化利用的潜力[6]。值得注意的是,甘草渣与草坪草在营养成分上较为接近,因此考虑将其作为非常规饲料加以利用具有现实意义。
肉兔作为盲肠发酵型动物,依赖盲肠微生物降解纤维素,产生的糖类及未被小肠吸收的碳水化合物可进一步发酵生成挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acids,VFAs),为机体供能[7-9],同时促进肠道蠕动,维持正常消化功能。在此背景下,若能将甘草渣开发为肉兔饲料原料,不仅有助于提高经济效益、实现地方资源的有效利用,还对生态环境保护与农牧业可持续发展具有积极意义。
为确定甘草渣作为非常规饲料资源在肉兔饲粮中应用的可行性,本试验通过在肉兔饲粮中以不同比例甘草渣替代草坪草,系统研究其对肉兔生长性能、肠道消化酶活性、肠道形态及免疫功能的影响,并探求肉兔饲粮中甘草渣的适宜添加比例,为其合理利用提供科学依据。

1 材料与方法

1.1 试验材料

甘草渣于2024年11月购买于阿拉尔新农甘草厂,晒干后粉碎,备用。草坪草于2024年9月在塔里木大学校园内收集,晾晒后粉碎,备用。甘草渣和草坪草的营养成分含量见表1。

1.2 试验设计

本试验方案已经过塔里木大学科技伦理委员会批准(批准编号:PA20250620001),于塔里木大学动物科学与技术学院动物试验站进行。选择体重相近[(1.00±0.02) kg]、体况良好的5周龄断奶伊拉商品代仔兔120只,随机分配为1个对照组和4个试验组,每组设置4个重复,每个重复6只(公母各1/2)。对照组(0%LR组)饲喂基础饲粮(含20%的草坪草),4个试验组则以甘草渣分别替代基础饲粮中15%(15%LR组)、30%(30%LR组)、45%(45%LR组)及60%(60%LR组)的草坪草。预试期7 d,正试期49 d。肉兔试验饲粮参照《肉兔营养需要量》(NY/T 4049—2021)[10]结合当地饲料资源特点配制,并制成直径在6 mm左右的圆柱状颗粒饲料,其组成及营养水平见表2。试验饲粮的粗蛋白质(CP)(GB/T 6432—2018)、粗纤维(CF)(GB/T 6434—2022)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)(GB/T 20806—2022)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)(NY/T 1459—2022)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)(GB/T 20805—2006)、粗脂肪(EE)(GB/T 6433—2006)、粗灰分(Ash)(GB/T 6438—2007)、钙(Ca)(GB/T 6436—2018)、总磷(TP)(GB/T 6437—2018)和氨基酸含量参照对应的国家标准或行业标准方法测定;消化能(DE)根据饲料配方中各原料的DE(干草渣和草坪草的DE根据De Blas等[11]和NRC(1998)提供的公式计算得出,其他原料的DE参考《中国饲料成分及营养价值表(2022年第34版)》及其占比计算得出。

1)预混料为每千克饲粮提供 Premix provided the following per kg of diets:VA 8 000 IU,VD3 1 500 IU,VE 50 mg,VK3 2 mg,VB2 3 mg,Fe 50 mg,Mn 10 mg,Se 0.05 mg,Cu 10 mg,Zn 50 mg。

2)消化能为计算值,其他均为实测值。DE was a calculated value, while the others were measured values.

1.3 饲养管理

试验前对兔舍进行打扫消毒,对试验兔进行正常免疫程序。试验期间,试验兔采用笼养,每笼2只,每天09:00、19:00各喂料1次,自由采食和饮水;每天及时打扫兔舍,清除粪便,保持兔舍环境卫生。

1.4 样品采集与制备

饲养试验结束当晚禁食供水,次日各重复取2只肉兔采集心脏血液5 mL左右,室温静置30 min,放入离心机1 250×g离心10 min分离出血清,使用移液器将血清装入1.5 mL冻存管,标记后放入-80 ℃超低温冰箱保存,待测免疫球蛋白含量。每个重复随机选取2只肉兔屠宰,解剖后称取各器官重量;取十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠内容物样品,放入5 mL冷冻管,分组标记后放入液氮罐中冻存,屠宰结束后放入-80 ℃冰柜中保存,待测肠道消化酶活性;截取十二指肠、空肠、回肠中间部位3 cm左右,去除内容物,用生理盐水清洗干净,置于4%多聚甲醛固定液中保存,以便制作肠道组织切片。

1.5 测定指标与测定方法

1.5.1 生长性能

正式试验开始前和结束后分别称量肉兔的空腹体重,分别记为初始体重(IBW)和终末体重(FBW),计算平均日增重(ADG);试验期间,每天记录各组腹泻兔只数、死亡兔只数,用于计算腹泻率、死亡率;每天记录各笼肉兔的采食量,计算平均日采食量(ADFI);通过ADFI和ADG,得出料重比(F/G)。各指标计算公式如下:
ADG(g/d)=(FBW-IBW)/试验天数;
ADFI(g/d)=总采食量/试验天数;
F/G=ADFI/ADG;
腹泻率(%)=(腹泻兔只数/试验兔总数)×100;
死亡率(%)=(死亡兔只数/试验兔总数)×100。

1.5.2 肠道形态

将肠道组织转入4%的多聚甲醛固定液中浸泡48 h,后用流水缓慢冲洗48 h,使用不同浓度乙醇对肠道组织进行脱水,之后进行石蜡包埋,每个组织制作5张切片,厚度5 μm,采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法染色后,使用中性树胶封片。使用数字病例阅片软件(DPVIEW V2.0,深圳市生强科技有限公司)扫描切片,观测绒毛高度(villous height,VH)、绒毛宽度(villous width,VW)、肌层厚度(muscle thickness,MT)和隐窝深度(crypt depth,CD),计算绒隐比(VH/CD)。

1.5.3 肠道消化酶活性

使用相应试剂盒采用微板法,依据说明书处理十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠内容物样品,使用全功能酶标仪(SYNERGY H1,美国伯腾仪器有限公司)测量吸光度,计算α-淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、纤维素酶及脂肪酶活性,所用试剂盒均采购于江苏艾迪生生物科技有限公司(货号分别为ADS-W-DF002、ADS-W-D004、ADS-F-TDX036-48、ADS-W-ZF005)。

1.5.4 胃肠道pH

屠宰后取出胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠及盲肠内容物,立即使用pH计(雷磁pHSJ-3F,上海仪电科学仪器股份有限公司)测定pH,重复测定3次取平均值。

1.5.5 免疫功能指标

1.5.5.1 器官重量与器官指数

屠宰后分离并称取心脏、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、胸腺、蚓突、圆小囊和肺脏重量,计算其占宰前活重的百分比,即为器官指数。计算公式如下:
器官指数(%)=[器官重量(g)/宰前活重(g)]×100。

1.5.5.2 血清免疫球蛋白含量

血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量使用上海酶联生物科技有限公司生产的试剂盒(货号分别为J4177-B、J4176-B、J4179-B)测定,严格按照试剂盒说明书操作。

1.6 统计分析

试验数据通过Excel 2019初步整理后,使用SPSS 27.0软件对腹泻率和死亡率进行卡方检验,对其他指标进行单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA)和Duncan氏法多重比较,结果用平均值和均值标准误(SEM)表示,以P<0.05表示差异显著;此外,对甘草渣替代比例与肉兔生长性能、肠道形态指标、肠道消化酶活性及免疫指标之间的关系进行线性(linear)和二次(quadratic)回归分析。

2 结果与分析

2.1 甘草渣替代不同比例草坪草对肉兔生长性能的影响

由表3可知,5组肉兔的IBW、腹泻率、死亡率差异均不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组的FBW显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);15%LR、30%LR组的ADFI均显著高于0%LR、60%LR组(P<0.05);15%LR、30%LR组的ADG差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于其他3组(P<0.05);0%LR、15%LR、30%LR组的F/G差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,肉兔的FBW、ADFI、ADG呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),F/G则呈显著的线性上升(P<0.05)。

2.2 甘草渣替代不同比例草坪草对肉兔肠道形态的影响

由表4可知,十二指肠部分,各组VH、CD、VH/CD差异均不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组MT显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);45%LR组VW显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,MT呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。空肠部分,15%LR组VW、CD、VH/CD、MT与30%LR组差异均不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组VH显著高于30%LR组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,VH、VH/CD呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05),VW、MT呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。回肠部分,15%LR组VH、CD显著高于30%LR组(P<0.05);15%LR组VW、VH/CD、MT与30%LR组差异不显著(P>0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,VH、VW呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05),CD、VH/CD呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。

2.3 甘草渣替代不同比例草坪草对肉兔肠道消化酶活性及胃肠道pH的影响

2.3.1 肠道消化酶活性

由表5可知,十二指肠部分,15%LR组脂肪酶、α-淀粉酶活性显著高于0%LR、45%LR、60%LR组(P<0.05),与30%LR组差异不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组胰蛋白酶活性显著高于0%LR、30%LR组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05),α-淀粉酶活性呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。空肠部分,各组α-淀粉酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组脂肪酶活性与45%LR组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于0%LR、30%LR、60%LR组(P<0.05);15%LR组胰蛋白酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,胰蛋白酶活性呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。回肠部分,30%LR组脂肪酶活性与45%LR组差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于0%LR、15%LR、60%LR组(P<0.05);4个试验组间胰蛋白酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于0%LR组(P<0.05);15%LR组α-淀粉酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。盲肠部分,各组间脂肪酶、α-淀粉酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05);30%LR、45%LR、60%LR组间纤维素酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),且均显著高于0%LR、15%LR组(P<0.05);随着甘草替代渣比例的增加,胰蛋白酶、纤维素酶活性呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05)。

2.3.2 胃肠道pH

由表6可知,各组胃内容物pH差异不显著(P>0.05);15%LR组十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠内容物pH与30%LR组的差异均不显著(P>0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,十二指肠、空肠、回肠内容物pH呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05),盲肠pH呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。

2.4 甘草渣替代不同比例草坪草对肉兔免疫功能的影响

2.4.1 器官重量和器官指数

由表7可知,器官重量方面,各组心脏、肾脏、脾脏、胸腺、蚓突、圆小囊、肺脏重量差异均不显著(P>0.05),15%LR组肝脏重量显著高于30%LR组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,肝脏重量呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),肾脏、胸腺重量呈显著的线性变化(P<0.05)。器官指数方面,各组心脏、肾脏、脾脏、胸腺、蚓突、圆小囊、肺脏指数差异均不显著(P>0.05),15%LR组肝脏指数显著高于0%LR组(P>0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,肾脏指数呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。

2.4.2 血清免疫球蛋白含量

由表8可知,各组血清IgG含量差异不显著(P>0.05);30%LR组血清IgA含量显著高于15%LR组(P<0.05);4个试验组间血清IgM含量差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于0%LR组(P<0.05);随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,血清IgA和IgM含量呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。

3 讨论

3.1 甘草渣替代草坪草对肉兔生长性能的影响

生长性能作为衡量畜产品生产效率的核心指标[12],通常包括ADG、ADFI、F/G等重要参数[13],直接影响着养殖经济效益与产业可持续发展力。吴华等[14]研究发现,在饲粮中添加少量甘草渣能有效提高白羽肉仔鸡的生长性能;罗宗刚等[15]研究发现,在饲粮中添加微量甘草药渣可显著降低育肥猪的料重比,提高猪肉品质,与本试验结果相似;张瑞等[16]研究发现,在饲粮中添加3%~12%甘草渣对改善番鸭产蛋、产肉性能及免疫力均有一定的效果,且甘草渣的添加对番鸭的生长产生了积极影响。本试验结果显示,适量甘草渣替代草坪草对肉兔死亡率和腹泻率无显著影响,提高了肉兔的FBW、ADFI、ADG,但甘草渣添加过量则会使多项生长指标下降。肉兔ADFI升高可能是甘草渣带有的独特甜味起到了诱食作用,而甘草渣替代比例较大时会导致饲粮纤维含量升高,适口性变差,影响了肉兔采食及其胃肠道的正常蠕动,导致ADFI等生长指标下降。综上所述,甘草渣的替代比例以15%较合适。

3.2 甘草渣替代草坪草对肉兔肠道健康的影响

小肠是消化道吸收营养物质的主要部位,葡萄糖、氨基酸、矿物质等通过小肠绒毛上皮细胞进入血液及淋巴液,随后运往身体各组织器官被利用,其形态学特征是衡量肠道健康的重要指标[17]。小肠绒毛可以增大肠道吸收面积,提高吸收效率[18],而隐窝参与肠道消化液分泌和细胞增殖,与肠道绒毛协同作用[19]。VH/CD被认为是肠道健康和神经内分泌紊乱恢复过程中的重要参数[20]。肌层主要由平滑肌组成,其厚度与肠道蠕动能力密切相关。本试验结果发现,随着饲粮中甘草渣添加量的增加,空肠和回肠VH、VW呈线性增长,这可能是为了适应高纤维饲粮提高饲粮消化吸收效率的补偿措施,十二指肠和空肠MT呈二次曲线变化,其中15%LR组各项肠道形态指标较优。魏攀鹏等[21]使用杂交构树全株粉代替肉兔饲粮中部分玉米、膨化豆粕、花生壳和花生藤,发现5%组VH、VH/CD等肠道形态指标优于其他组,杂交构树全株粉促进了肉兔肠道发育。刘婷婷等[22]试验发现,随着肉兔饲粮中NFC/NDF比值的升高,其盲肠MT逐渐降低,与本试验结果一致。甘草渣中粗纤维含量高,需要消化道高频率蠕动,MT与饲粮纤维含量呈正相关。综上所述,甘草渣的替代比例以15%较合适,对肉兔肠道健康无负面影响。
肠道消化酶活性不仅影响营养物质的分解效率,而且与肠道微生态平衡和机体免疫功能密切相关[23]。饲粮中的大分子多糖和蛋白质的消化是由α-淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶协同完成的[24]。其中,脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶等由消化道分泌产生,而纤维素酶由定植于肠道的微生物产生[25]。pH是影响动物消化环境的关键因素之一[26],也是支持消化酶生成和保证其活性的重要因素[27]。鲍国连等[28]研究发现,大肠杆菌易在碱性环境中繁殖,盲肠内环境pH过高会导致肉兔腹泻。晁洪雨等[29]试验发现,肉兔饲粮中粗纤维含量越高,其盲肠纤维素酶活性越高,可能是高纤维饲粮刺激了盲肠内纤维分解菌增殖,纤维分解菌分泌大量纤维素酶以分解纤维素,同时产生挥发性脂肪酸供能,与本试验得出的盲肠纤维素酶活性随甘草渣替代比例增加而升高的结果一致。黑麦草是一种常见的草坪草,杨冬梅等[30]用多花黑麦草为纤维源制作饲粮饲喂肉兔,极显著提高了肉兔十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性,与本试验结果近似,可能是肉兔肠道消化酶出现了纤维适应性分泌。刘婷婷等[22]在保证营养水平不变的前提下,改变饲粮NFC/NDF比值进行饲养试验,发现NFC/NDF比值过高(1.9)或过低(0.7)都会对肉兔消化道产生不良影响。本试验结果表明,随着甘草渣替代比例的增加,胃内容物pH差异不显著,各肠道内容物pH均呈线性上升,15%LR组十二指肠脂肪酶、空肠脂肪酶及胰蛋白酶、回肠胰蛋白酶及α-淀粉酶活性均高于其他各组,可能是小肠内源性消化酶活性呈现适度调控效应,而含高比例甘草渣的饲粮超出了调控阈值。由此发现,甘草渣替代比例为15%时肉兔肠道消化酶活性较高,pH最适宜,替代比例过高则会降低部分消化酶活性,可能与其高纤维含量相关。综上所述,甘草渣替代比例为15%时可维持肉兔肠道健康。

3.3 甘草渣替代草坪草对肉兔免疫功能的影响

脾脏、胸腺是重要的免疫器官,动物机体的免疫能力与免疫器官指数呈正相关,较高的免疫器官指数意味着免疫器官发育良好[31]。免疫器官重量增加是免疫力增强的表现,使其能更好地发挥免疫功能,产生更多的免疫细胞和免疫因子,帮助动物机体抵御病原体,减少疾病发生,为其生长发育提供健康保障[32]。饲粮纤维来源与水平对家兔的免疫机能具有重要影响。张瑞等[16]研究发现,在番鸭饲粮中添加甘草渣可显著促进其免疫器官的生长发育,该结果与本试验中甘草渣提升肉兔免疫器官指数的结论相互印证,提示甘草渣可能具有增强机体免疫功能的潜力。刘公言等[33]研究显示,使用生姜秸秆替代花生秧对莱芜黑兔各主要脏器指数均无显著影响,此结果与本试验中部分器官指数未产生显著变化的结果相符。本试验中15%LR组器官发育较好,可能与该组饲粮配比更为均衡,从而更有利于肉兔的生长发育和免疫系统激活有关。上述结果综合表明,甘草渣在一定程度上可提升肉兔机体的免疫性能,其作用机制可能与甘草渣中残留的甘草酸、甘草黄酮等活性成分有关。
在体液免疫方面,血清免疫球蛋白含量是评估肉兔健康与免疫状态的关键指标[34]。免疫球蛋白能够特异性识别并结合病原体,中和其毒性,从而有效阻止感染,降低疾病发生风险[35]。马艳等[36]报道,使用4%苦豆子替代苜蓿可显著提高伊拉肉兔血清IgG和IgM含量。王丽等[37]研究也发现,在塞北兔饲粮中添加发酵中草药能使其血清IgA、IgG和IgM含量显著高于对照组,但各试验组间差异不显著,此现象与本试验结果相似。崔晓娜等[38]以青蒿粉替代花生秧饲喂新西兰断奶肉兔,观察到血清IgM含量随替代比例的增加而显著提高,而血清IgG含量在各组间无显著差异。本试验发现,随着饲粮中甘草渣替代比例的增加,肉兔血清IgG含量未产生显著变化,而IgA和IgM含量则显著上升,且均高于对照组。对于低比例替代即引起血清IgA、IgM含量升高的现象,可能是由甘草渣中残留的少量活性成分发挥了积极的免疫调节作用;而在高比例替代条件下,上述免疫指标的提升也可能与甘草渣诱导的肠道轻度炎症应激有关,其具体机制有待进一步研究。

4 结论

① 饲粮中以甘草渣替代适量草坪草可提升肉兔的FBW、ADFI、ADG,降低F/G,提高血清IgA、IgM含量及肠道消化酶活性,替代比例为15%时各项指标较优。
② 随甘草渣替代比例的增加,肉兔十二指肠MT、空肠MT、回肠CD、回肠VH/CD均呈先上升后下降的二次曲线变化,空肠VH/CD、VH、VW及回肠VH、VW均呈线性上升,替代比例为15%时各项指标较为正常。
③ 综上所述,使用甘草渣替代饲粮中15%的草坪草,能够在保证肉兔肠道正常生理状态的前提下,提高肠道消化能力,改善机体免疫功能,进而提升生长性能。
